In the contemporary age when scientific enlightenment and individual experience in understanding the supernatural are in conflict with each other, contemporary metaphysical belief is evident in all aspects of life. In myriad civilizations such as my own country, Iran, with myths, stories, objects, and special ritual places, Belief in the afterlife is accompanied by complete acceptance.
I believe the fluctuation between doubt and belief is like a pendulum in circulation, which may stop for a moment, though briefly in the middle of one, and cause us to ponder.
In this regard, as my first short film experience, I took this concern as a female journalist. Because in my country, this job more than any other job runs the risk of breaking the official rules of the state and going to jail, just because of expressing an opinion and writing about something between doubt and belief. Therefore, the result of this thought has made our social behaviors.

“Thought will be able to enter new realms if it does not stop in action,” said Herbert Marcuse. In times of widespread pandemics and quarantines, there is a great expectation that we can expect our minds to discover and intuition a new field with more significant tact or solve calamities and problems. Some believe that this is possible with the social relations that have been formed through social media, which have given a new meaning and realm to human life in a practical way. Along with this belief, many examples show how much a person needs nostalgia, physical friendships, and being in a social environment as a member of it. Furthermore, besides both of these points of view, how much do others understand and know “us”?
